Join us for the 2nd meeting of the Men's Health Group where we discuss topics that help us be better men physically, mentally, and spiritually.

This month's topic will focus on mental health.  The discussion will be moderated by Wor. Peter W. Ham.

The meetings are casual and open to any Mason from any lodge. No preparation or attendance of prior meetings is required.  There is no meal and no business at this meeting.  We hope you will join us for this unique and special meeting.
